We've used smsPULSE for over 5 years and it forms the cornerstone of overnight batch monitoring as well as within day process failure notifications. Compared to other products it's very easy to implement without the need to include usernames and passwords in the notifying email. An excellent level of service from the monitoring team and proactive account management meant that we never considered any alternatives as being close to this.
